What is QHHT®?
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) is a profound hypnotherapy method developed by Dolores Cannon. It guides you into the deepest level of relaxation (the Theta brainwave state) to bypass the analytical conscious mind. This allows you to safely connect with your Higher Self (also called the Subconscious or Oversoul) to access inner wisdom, explore past lives, and facilitate deep emotional and physical healing.
What should I expect during a session?
A typical QHHT® session is a comprehensive, deep-dive experience that lasts about 4 to 6 hours. It unfolds in three natural steps:
- The Interview (1–2 hours): We spend time talking about your life journey, milestones, and the specific questions or challenges you want clarity on.
- The Hypnosis (approx. 2 hours): You get comfortable, and I gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state. We will explore relevant past life memories or metaphors before directly asking your Higher Self for guidance and healing.
- The Debrief: We ground your experience, discuss the insights gained, and talk about how to integrate them into your daily life.
Can anyone be hypnotized?
Yes! Hypnosis is a completely natural state of mind. You naturally pass through the Theta state twice every single day—right as you are drifting off to sleep and right when you wake up. If you can daydream, lose track of time while driving, or get fully absorbed in a movie, you can experience hypnosis. The only requirement is an open mind and a willingness to trust the process.
Will I lose control or remember what happened?
You are always completely safe and in control. Your Higher Self will never share information you aren't ready for or make you do anything against your values. Regarding memory: most clients remember a majority of their session, though it can feel like a vivid dream that slowly fades over time. Because of this, all sessions are recorded, and listening to your recording is a massive part of the ongoing integration and healing process.
How many sessions do I need?
Because a QHHT® session is a deep dive where we take all the time necessary to answer your questions, most people only need one session to address what they came for. However, some clients choose to return later in life for further exploration or when major new life transitions surface.
What kind of questions should I prepare?
You can ask your Higher Self just about anything! Most clients write down a list of 15–20 questions grouped into a few categories:
- Life Purpose & Spiritual: What is my soul mission? Why am I facing these specific challenges? What is the meaning of a recurring dream I have?
- Relationships: Why do I experience friction with a specific family member? Have I shared past lives with my partner?
- Career & Direction: Am I on the right professional path? How can I unblock my creativity?
- Health & Body: What is the root emotional cause of my chronic physical issue, and how can I support my body's healing?
Tips to Prepare For Your Session:
- Keep an open mind: Release expectations of what you "should" see or feel. Your Higher Self will deliver exactly what you need in the way you need it.
- Limit your stimulants: Try to abstain from or significantly reduce caffeine on the day of your session to keep your nervous system relaxed.
- Eat a light meal: Because sessions take several hours, make sure you have a light, grounding meal beforehand.
- Dress comfortably: Wear loose, cozy clothing that allows you to lay down and relax completely.
